Guidelines for Filing Equal Opportunity Grievance

1. Any student facing discrimination or unequal treatment may file a grievance under the Equal Opportunity Cell.

2. Grievances may relate to caste, gender, disability, religion, language, or economic background.

3. Complaints should be submitted in written form or by email to the Equal Opportunity Cell.

4. The complaint must clearly mention the date, place, details of the incident, and persons involved.

5. Supporting documents or evidence, if any, should be attached with the complaint.

6. The identity of the complainant will be kept strictly confidential.

7. No retaliation or discrimination against the complainant will be tolerated.

8. In serious or emergency cases, students may immediately approach the Principal / College Authorities.

9. The Equal Opportunity Cell will examine the grievance and conduct an inquiry, if required.

10.Appropriate action will be taken as per UGC and institutional norms within a reasonable time.
