Guidelines for Filing Women Grievance

1. Any woman student, staff, or employee may file a grievance related to harassment, discrimination, or misconduct.

2. Complaints may be submitted in writing or through the official email/complaint box to the Women Grievance / Internal Complaints Committee (ICC).

3. Provide clear details of the incident (date, place, description) along with supporting evidence, if any.

4. The identity of the complainant will be kept strictly confidential, and no retaliation will be tolerated.

5. Emergency cases: Immediately contact the Women Helpline – 1091 / 181 or the local police. . .

6. The ICC will inquire into the complaint and take appropriate action as per rules within a stipulated time.
